"Resistance is futile."

-Borg quote, from Star Trek the Next Generation.

I cannot believe I just quoted the Borg.  Okay woman shake it off and move along now...

Anyway, I've decided to share as much as possible of my 365 photo print project here on my blog, despite my initial resistance.  With the purpose of encouraging myself to stretch and grow artisticically.

This print is my favorite so far.  Why?

The peace sign is what I am calling temporary art, made from white buttons (in my collection) laid out on the back of old printer drawer.  Using what I have is a major criteria for this project.

Then the haiku, perfectly expressing my own desire for PEACE, in my heart,
life, country and upon this tiny planet we ALL call home!

Another big part of this project is to write a word, poem, or line about what each image makes me think and feel.

I keep several of these prints on a wire line in our longest hallway, to keep art, creation and motivation in mind.

This scrapbook is where I keep prints after the artline gets filled.

Used stuff from my stash to make this mini collage.  And I used the upside down W on purpose, stretching myself to allow imperfections and mistakes into my efforts.

That is the final goal, letting things go.  Allowing myself to be real, honest and have fun.

Thrilled to tell you today is #12, so look for it tomorrow.

Until then,
