A funky mobile

This bittersweet wreath has been hanging in the studio for months with only the blue prisms, wire and chain adorning it...sometimes it takes time for inspiration to strike.

While continuing to catch up on the 67 words challenge, the wreath I thought might become a rustic tea light chandelier became a mobile (#29 of 67) with ATC's, seashells and charms :)

It hangs above the button and vintage book bookcase, right beside the 67 WORDS sign that started this whole adventure.

The artist trading cards hang from baker's twine at varying lengths around the mobile.  And different charms/items hang beneath the ATCs.

Using homemade stamps and embossing powder helps the images pop and the words are meant to be encouraging and kind.

As soon as I decided to make the wreath into my mobile, all the pieces came together beautifully.  I love it when that happens!

While not the typical baby's mobile, this one sparks my imagination into thoughts of using more natural elements in my ARTistic explorations.
